[Motorola] Radius SP-50

At a recent hamfest I bought an assortment of radios.
In the lot were some SP-50 HUE3225B P94YQT20G2AA.
My secret decoder ring fails to tell me anything about this radio.
It appears to be a 10 channel 4W UHF radio.
Is there anything else that can be determined from the above numbers?
Can this radio be programmed into the hambands?
