[Motorola] Railroad Spectra

Hi Jack, how are things going?

I don't know how current they with their RSS, but there was a time Commenco
was programming RR radios for some of the shortlines. Alternatively, if you
know any of the guys (some are hams) who work in the Union Pacific radio
shop (Omaha), they are so-equipped.

It depends on how old the vintage of "CleanCab" radio. Somewhere around
2002 (?) the early analog Cleancab SPECTRA radios went away and a few years
later were replaced by the ASTRO Cleancab. In all that evolution, the RSS
changed significantly. I no longer remember the details and am pretty sure I
don't have RSS for those models.
