Tim,

I am not aware of a Motorola M1250, but there is a model M1225- which IS
capable of being programmed to narrow band operation. If you are thinking
of the Motorola CDM1250, it too is NB capable.

Hello,

Question.......

A lumber yard I frequent, uses a number of Motorola UHF mobile radios on
their fork lifts. I think they are a M1250. I am wondering if those radios
will be usable, under the narrow banding rules of 2013.

I always thought it was a waste of $$$, when the owner purchased such a
radio for very close in comm.!

Think they have four of them on fork lifts, and one for the "Base". Sure
hope they are "Wide Band" only. Perhaps I can find them a new home.
Appreciate any info.....

Best Regards,
