That duplexer is actually a Motorola-branded Celwave 633-6A-2N, it will do
the ham band as I have a couple of them working there just fine, low power
less than 50w on these. I have one on my repeater here at 25w and it work
fantastic, no sign of desense.

It takes some good test gear to get them tuned, at a minimum a spectrum
analyzer and sweep generator to get the notches adjusted correctly. But yes
what your asking is possible!

Subject: [Motorola] Can TDN7407A 450-470 CELLWAVE Duplexer be Tuned

I recently acquired a nice UHF Motorola GR300 mini-repeater and am
considering setting it up on 440-450 MHz. The duplexer label says it
covers from 450-470 MHz and I am wondering if anyone with more
experience than I with these units has had success tuning it down to
work in the 440-450 MHz range?

TIA,
