[Motorola] CPS for ASTRO_Spectra?

Just FYI, RVN4183 (ASTRO Spectra) is $275. This is the only radio this
software will program.
If you are likely to end up with portable radios from the same generation
(ASTRO Saber and XTS3000), you might consider RVN4184. It runs $414, but
it's a combo pack with both ASTRO Mobile (Spectra) and ASTRO Portable
(Saber/XTS3000).

Motorola CPS RVN4183, in version R05.02.00 or later, should work.  Make
certain you get RVN4183, since RVN4182 is also available in version
R05.02.00 and later- and it will NOT program an Astro Spectra.
