[Motorola] CPS for ASTRO_Spectra?

Hello Group, 

I was told that the proper version of CPS for programming an Astro_Spectra is R05.03.00........?[RVN4183]. 

The "LMR" shop @ McChord AFB tells me that they have CPS [R13.00.01]. Will this newer version work? (The shop does not program many Spectrs nowdays.....most of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord has gone to trunking! The techs were a little hazy on Spectra programming!) 

The Astro Spectras I have are 100w trunk mount w/"A4" heads.
