No. The low-band HT750 is made in just two models, according to my Motorola
catalog:
AAH25BEC9AA3_N for 29.7 to 42 MHz
AAH25CEC9AA3_N for 35.0 to 50 MHz
It is not possible to hack the radio, the firmware, or the CPS to work out
of band. Many have tried...
