[Motorola] Low Band Radios and their Frequency Limits?

Can anyone tell me if CDM-1250 or 1550 low band radios be "manipulated"
to cover below 30 MHz or above 50 MHz?
Are there any other recent Motorola radios that will cover above and
below the civilian 30-50 MHz lowband?
Also, would it be possible to program a non-standard subaudible (PL)
tone of 150.0 Hz in any of these?
