[Motorola] SM50 and GM300 acc connectors

What's confusing??  The SM50 diagram shows what the mating plug would be 
wired as, the GM300 diagram shows what the back of the radio is.  I've made 
plugs for both a few times.

They are both the same 16 pin connector shell and crimps, but they are not 
wired exactly the same.
