[Motorola] Spectra Microphone question

Would someone please explain the difference between Spectra mics
HMN1061A (standard Systems 9000) and the "enhanced" palm mic HMN1080A?

Both P/ns were lifted from the bat labs spectra page.  I'm looking on
that auction site and want to avoid incompatible parts.  I need a
couple of mics for conventional spectras, D45 and D37.

Any info would be appreciated.
