[Motorola] Motorola charger/conditioner

Hello to the list.  I have a Motorola RLN1002A battery charger/conditioner that I use to maintain MT1000 batteries. I have mostly figured out how to use it to condition the batteries without a manual.  There is a 3 digit display that displays numbers after a charge/condition cycle.  It seems that the higher the 3 didit number, the better the battery is, but I have no idea what this number indicates. Is it percent of charge or what? I have no manual.  Thanks in advance, Jeff
