[Motorola] Help and passwords

At the bottom of any message is the "Home" link.  Click on it,  and go to 
that page.  At the bottom of that page, there is a box entitled "Unsubscribe 
or edit options."  Enter the e-mail address you are getting the Motorola 
mailing list sent to, and it will then prompt you for a password.  If you 
have forgotten it, select the option to e-mail you your password reminder. 
When that arrives, note the password, go back to the "unsubscribe or edit 
options" box again and follow the unsubscribe instructions.

For some reason I never get the password reminder e-mails anymore.  I think 
you can shut them off in the control panel, and that's probably what I did. 
So, he may not have been getting them.
