Thanks for all the info the handie talkie guys....I did hear back from ICM 
and they want $40 plus shipping for the crystal pair, witch I'm sure is fair 
considering it's such a small order and such, but I will have to think about 
it, as it almost matches the price of the radio.

Maybe I will look further in to this GLB synthesizer I have....it cost less 
than the crystals.

Glen, sounds like you have had quite a bit of experience with Motorola and 
other areas....I save a lot of what you post! (there's no charge, right?)
