[Motorola] 146-174 mhz Spectra to 144mhz?

I made a small mistake in my last post, I did not mean that the radio VCO 
has been worked on, it works in the band split is was made in 
(146.XXX-170.XXX) I'm not brave enough to even think about messing with the 
VCO
