Subject: MCX1000


Is the mic jack on the back of an MCX1000 usable with a Micor mic?  Is it wired the same?  From what I gather , a Micor mic should work but it won't have a  hang-up function .  With any of the Micor mics I tried, I get the transmitter to key , but no mic audio gets transmitted.  Yes, the rear mic connector option is turned on in the software.  Is there maybe a jumper that also needs to be placed somewhere? I don't have the service manual on the MCX1000 so, any help would be great. Thanks, Jeff
