[Motorola] Spectra fail code 08/10 option serial bus failure

Brad I got rid of fail code. In program mode radio says 450-482. I am getting xmit now 100 watts on highest (467.575) and lowest (442.000). Still no receive on any channels. Will try tweaking VCO. Thanks Don
