[Motorola] Service monitor

I am looking for a service manual for my Motorola R2024D service monitor. I 
understand that the last two digits define the installed options. I can 
locate a number of service manuals for this series service monitor, but, 
none for my specifics unit. Can anyone tell me what options the last two 
numbers indicate? My monitor has encryption and IEEE488 installed. If I 
knew what the options were for each of the monitors, I could determine what 
other manuals would possibly be of use in servicing this monitor.

Anyone with the magic decoder ring for installed options in the R2001D 
service monitor??
