I'm fairly certain that you can purchase the Basic and/or Detailed Service
Manuals for your Nextel phone directly from Motorola.  Call 800-422-4210 and
navigate to the "assistance in identifying an item or part number" office.

The H13UAH6RR5BN model number identifies a standard handheld, ruggedized
digital radio for 806-870 MHz, 700 mW of power, full keypad, 25 kHz
channels, intended for digital multi-service application in an iDEN shared
system.

A lot of these phones are available on eBay, suggesting that they are no
longer useable on a Nextel system.  It may be quite a challenge to modify
one of these radios for Amateur band operation.  Good luck, if that's your
plan...
