[Motorola] ID'ing some cables

some time ago i cleaned out a friends radio service/supply business;
every once in a while i run across boxes of parts in this mess i have
going on.

can anyone ID this cable?  i know it might be difficult as my friend
(no longer in touch with) performed installation/service/repair on both
commercial and amateur radios and equipment.  i'm thinking this might
be a programming cable of some sort.

the tag reads
2486-11?

the "?" looks like a 0 missing the center section on each side.
