[Motorola] RLN-4008 RIB Clones

   Well  not  that  brand  that  I  know  of but a friend could not get a
   Spectra to do anything with his  RIB. He took the radio to another guy
   with  the  genuine  Moto  RIB  and  they  had  no  problem  doing  the
   programming.  Apparently  the  knock  offs  do  not always work on all
   radios & all programs. For what ever thats worth.
