Buy the RKN4075A RIBless cable from Motorola for about $90.  You will find
that the cheaper aftermarket cables normally will not allow you to perform
firmware upgrades, due to improper wiring of the option connector.  I
strongly suggest that you spend a few bucks more on the genuine RKN4075A
cable, and you will never regret it.
