[Motorola] MDC signialling

What radio has the MDC signialling of the "turkey
gobble" for it's PTT sound.?  all saber?   HFD radio
sounds like a telephone ringing when keyed up. and a
long "bbbeeeeppppppppppp"  when there mobiles are
keyed up.  also can I change this to a "modot" beep on
