[Motorola] M9658 transistor information needed

This is a UHF unit. 448.7 Rx. The repeater was working then just stopped. Several people have worked on this unit before I got my hands on it and finally got it on the air - before it quit. It worked for 3 months then stopped. My first hunch was correct in that it was not receiving on frequency since this is where the unit has had problems before.
