I checked my cross references. Did not find one listed. I googled
48-869658 and received several replies. I would suggest you try also.

Subject: [Motorola] M9658 transistor information needed
This is a second request. Never got even a peep out of the group about the
transistor.
I am trying to find a cross for a Motorola M9658, also referenced as
48-869658. This is in a Micor repeater used as the tripler and first
doubler in the receiver. I have no voltage at the second test point - pin 2
of the test jack - or any of the other local oscillator chain test points.
I have about 30 mV at test point 1 though. I do have a service manual and I
am trying to remember WAY back to the mid 80's when I last worked on a
Micor. <hihi> Any assistance with the transistor and/or troubleshooting is
appreciated.
