Did you try Google ?  There is an excellent website which includes a

In your case, it's a 100W VHF high band X9000 mobile with Securenet
capability.  They go from $ 45-100 on eBay, more with accessories.  But one
caveat - - many of the military and government surplus radio drawers have
all the plug-in chips removed prior to being surplused, as part of some
misguided effort to keep the new owner from showing up on the original
channels.  The cost for the chips from Motorola approaches $ 300, more than
the value of the radio by a wide margin.
