[Motorola] Problem with UHF 40w SPECTRA

Is there anyone in the Houston area that can take a look at my D44KMA7JA7AK ?
I think it might be a simple problem with either the main PWR cable 
or the ignition sense/ speaker cable.  I simply unplugged it and took 
it out of the car while my car was at the airport. I didn't want 
anyone stealing it. When I went to put it back in, well, it's just 
not working right.
I called the local Motorola shop and they wanted a flat fee that was 
$100 bucks more than one just like it that recently sold on E-bay.
I sure would appreciate your help and will, of course, pay you for your time.
