[Motorola] Seeking Transistors

Greetings;

Looking for a "second source" for M9625, 2N6097 or direct substitute 
transistors for a club repeater. These are the finals in a Micor VHF
that met up with an apparent indirect lightning hit. No other damage to 
the machine except for 2 of the 4 PA transistors, 2 silver mica caps 
(one was blasted apart) a resistor and an RF choke.

I have a used spare PA board that was donated by one of the local land 
mobile techs but would rather put new components in the unit.

Any suggestions?
