[Motorola] GTX Programming

Read around a bit on batlabs.com and it will help a lot.  Also check 
radioreference.com for all the trunking parameters you'll need for the 
system you want to monitor.  You'll need to sign in to view them but it's 
worth the time to register and the guy who runs the site is respectable and 
not a spam king.  The rr.com site is nice because it has all the talkgroups 
in both decimal and hex, and when programming motorola rigs you need hex. 
You will still have to do a bit of conversions though, the GTX uses a funky 
sort of hex thats different from all the other trunking radios.  Batlabs 
tells all about it.  Any other specific pointers just shoot a mail back here 
and i'll be happy to try and help.
