Yes I used RF Parts almost exlusively in the repair shop I worked in.  Being 
able to get matched pairs or fours of the big finals is nice.  We would 
order smaller RF transistors of Japanese manufacture and also at times some 
tubes as well.  Much better than trying to source something from NTE that 
would barely perform.  ECG I never had experience with.
