[Motorola] MSR2000 PA Transistors

Ken,

The M1134 PA transistors, AKA 4884411L34, are identical to the M9625,
which are AKA 480086925.  These are no longer available from Motorola. 
However, the M1134 can be replaced by the 2N6097 or the ECG356.
