[Motorola] Micor unknown board

Thanks to list member Terry I have learned that the board I posted an
inquiry about is an interface for the MVS control head (Mobile Voice
Storage) or the MDC (Mobile Data Computer.)  MVS was an accessory to store a
short message while the vehicle was unoccupied, and seems to have been a
rare item.  According to a Motorola engineer friend, MDC was typically a
teleprinter, used by some fire departments and police agencies on lowband
Micors as a late-in-life add-on.
