[Motorola] Micor unknown board

I am converting an old lowband Micor to 6 meters and I notice there is a =
small circuit board added above the receiver section, attached above the =
PL decoder board.  It has a tag on the leads with a part number of HLN =
4703A.  It is wired to the Micor main interconnect board which runs down =
the middle.

Does anyone recall what this board is for ?  I am thinking it is =
possibly for the PAC-RT accessory.  There's an IC and several =
transistors on it. =20
