[Motorola] Propagation Software Newbie Question

Hi everyone.  You can also subscribe to a list and get your WWV messages
send via E-mail right from SEC.  Send an E-mail to [email protected]
with "subscribe wwv-list" in the body of your message.  they've got a few
other lists there too that I have found to be very informative.  How does
this program you mentioned work?
