D51LRA9P33AK is a 60 watt low-band Maxtrac. The only way you'll be able to 
tell the bandsplit is to either read the radio with RSS (which *should* be 
correct, but isn't necessarily, if the radio's mind has been molested) or 
look at the RF board and find its part number:
HLB4099A 29.7-36.0MHz
HLB4100A 36.0-42.0MHz
HLB4101A 42.0-50.0MHz
