[Motorola] Spectra

25 pin is for the spectra high power trunk mount unit.  the 15 pin is for 
the dash mount and low power trunk mounts without a second db25 on them. 
the 15 pin needs to have power supplied as well, unless its a high power 
dash mount with a seperate power cable.  read here:
