Jay,

I bought a Link Communications "TCB-1" Tactical Communications Bridge to
create an immediate and flexible connection between my site's VHF radio
system and the UHF trunked system used by the host security forces.  It
works as advertised, and can operate on either PL/DPL trigger or VOX. 
It's pretty versatile.
