[Motorola] XTS 3000 problem

I use the DOS-based RSS in my XTS3000 and MT2000 radios (that's another
issue) and in both radios, the 1 CSQ prompt is what occurs when the radio is
being read or programmed.

When I read my XTS 3000 using the CPS, the display reads "1 CSQ" but then
displays "Self Test" or "SERVICE" --- but the CPS read is successful, and
then the radio reboots and appears to operate normally.

Any ideas?
