Spectra will work fine.
MCX1000 and Saber might need to have the CPU Cache disabled. You can 
usually do this in the BIOS configuration.
MT2000 will run like a *dog*. I'd recommend building the plugs on something 
fast (say a Pentium 4? that'll be almost real-time) then load them with the 
486/100. There's also a Windows version of the MT2000 CPS out now.
