[Motorola] mitrek unknown board

Hello there,

I recently obtained a couple of mitreks with a factory-installed circuit 
board I've not seen before. It is an HLN4574A. Seven transistors, two 
electrolytics and a mess of resistors. 

Anyone know about it?
