I have two Starpoint K16RBF1200C units and the manual for them. I
looked up the ranges in the manual and note that the "6" means that it
covers either 1700-1900 MHz or 2100-2300 MHz. The units are similar in
design, but the crystal multiplication differs between them. My gut
feeling is that it may not be possible to tune such a unit that far out
of band. But, I have not tried to do anything with them, so I can't say
yea or nay for certain.
