Yeah if a local hamfest is lacking, you can always get a new one from W&W Associates.  They make the Mastercharger series of chargers.  They have slow chargers for 40 and quick chargers for 70 I believe.  They make cups for the chargers that will fit about anything, and are interchangeable.  I have one here for my Yaesu FT-530 and it works great.  They also make bank chargers for multiple radios.
