David,

I haven't really studied the differences between the
several versions of the HT-90, but per the manual, there
are three band splits:

   136   - 150.8 MHZ  (1)
   150.8 - 162 MHZ    (2)
   162   - 174 MHZ    (3)

If yours is the low split, you are in fine shape, I
would think.

The way to really tell is with the circuit board number,
which should be something like NUD6421B, and that last number
is the frequency split, 1, 2 or 3, to match the three splits as
above.
