[Motorola] Programming Cable to Maxtrac

It connects to the mic jack. The connector is an 8-pin RJ-45. I usually 
manufacture my cables using a straight-through RJ-45 Ethernet patch cable 
and a RJ45->DB25 adapter, custom wired.
