[Motorola] WTB Maxtrac/Radius LOW VHF

Hello
Am in need of (3) three Maxtrac/Radius mobile radios. Must be programmable on 
43.000mhz, and have encode/decode. (1) to (4) channels OK. Power cords would 
be a plus. Here's hoping?
