[Motorola] SABER-2 to SABER-3 Conversion?

I have a Saber-2, Model H43QXJ7139CN, 2K memory, XL.
I'd like to convert it to a full-blown Saber-3, 8K memory, XL with all the
extras.

I know I'll need a new front keypad, plus what chips and modules?
