Steve,
There are a lot of Jerks on here that think they are the Motorola Copyright 
police.
I could care less where you get your RSS. There are some Russian sites where 
it can be downloaded. There is lots of it right on the Yahoo Motorola-user 
board in the files section. The CD that was going around the hamfests latley 
has about all on it.
Every once in a while this CD pops up on ebay also. Last but not least you 
can play Motorolas game and pay the outragous price for it.

P.S. I have found if you put your ham callsign on your post you usually 
recieve a disk
in the mail.
