[Motorola] Multiple mobile radios on one band --Interactions

Never had front end damage with multiple antennas on roof of van, same band,
but I am sure it could happen. An amusing incident: I was in a vehicle with
a 110Watt MICOR. Next to me was another vehicle with a Drake TR-22 (1970's),
antennas about 12 inches apart. When the TR-22 was transmitting, and I
simultaneously transmitted on the MICOR, it would switch TR-22 into receive
so my audio came out of the TR-22! Now that's Break-in! 

I don't think it completely switched the radio back into receive as the
audio was distorted, but I was coming out of his speaker.--Mike, WV2ZOW
