Not without using a 900mhz PA. I don't believe there is a model that
covers 900 conventional. Usually 900mhz stuff is trunked. HT1000 were
conventional radios only, with no trunking support.
You could buy a MTX9000, or a GTX.

Probably can, however, keep in mind that that these do not support narrow
band operation.
