If these are the synthesized radios that use code plugs, 
plugs are still available, but they are expensive, somewhere 
over $75.00 each customer net.  

The programming computer is an R-1801.  They are rare, 
but there are some people aroud who do programming. 
Andy Brinkley is one who can.
