Oh yes ......but they used a code plug to be programed by a special
computer ( in every Motorola service stations ) to the frequencies you want
in the sub band of the radio. .......the beauty of it you can have as many
code plugs as you want .....I worked on this project back in 1979 to 82 at
Motorola Plantation ( fort Lauderdale ) .....now today I am retired and I
dont know if new codes plugs are available are not ?????Call your nearest
Service Station .
